You have the option of hand stamping or engraving. Hand stamping is our most popular choice and is 100% guaranteed to NOT be straight As this is part of the beauty of hand stamping. We do not use any extra equipment and it is part of the style of it to be less than perfect. If you prefer a perfect finish we highly recommend you choose engraving. When you add your personalisation in to the notes section at check out make sure you let us know if you want engraving.
Our personalised jewellery can take upto 7 days to be ready so if you need this sooner please contact us and we may be able to do this for you.

Silver jewellery and other non-jewellery items are dispatched via Royal Mail’s Tracked service which will not require a signature. We will send an email on the day of dispatch to include a tracking number. Special Delivery orders are required to have a signature to receive the parcel.

To ensure the longevity of your jewellery and to maintain its shine, we recommend removing your jewellery when using chemicals such as hand creams, soaps, sanitisers, perfumes and fake tan. Avoid water such as swimming pools, hot tubs and showering as this can cause tarnishing.
To prevent your pieces becoming misshapen or snapping chains, store your jewellery carefully after wearing and avoiding wearing your jewellery in bed or during sports
For cleaning sterling silver, always opt for gentle approaches. Use a silver-polishing cloth to wipe away tarnish and bring back the shine. Warm water mixed with a gentle, phosphate-free soap works well for a deeper clean. Dry your rings using a soft, lint-free cloth to avoid water spots.
