We take pride at every stage of the order process and we know that timing is everything. We aim to deliver all jewellery orders which are handmade by us in our workshop within 3-7 days. If you require something urgently contact us to discuss having your order fast tracked.
Silver jewellery and other non-jewellery items are dispatched via Royal Mail’s Tracked service which will not require a signature. We will send an email on the day of dispatch to include a tracking number. Special Delivery orders are required to have a signature to receive the parcel.

Our Jewellery is handmade using either 925 Sterling Silver or 9ct Solid Gold and sometimes a mixture of both.

To ensure the longevity of your jewellery and to maintain its shine, we recommend removing your jewellery when using chemicals such as hand creams, soaps, sanitisers, perfumes and fake tan. Avoid water such as swimming pools, hot tubs and showering as this can cause tarnishing.
To prevent your pieces becoming misshapen or snapping chains, store your jewellery carefully after wearing and avoiding wearing your jewellery in bed or during sports
For cleaning sterling silver, always opt for gentle approaches. Use a silver-polishing cloth to wipe away tarnish and bring back the shine. Warm water mixed with a gentle, phosphate-free soap works well for a deeper clean. Dry your rings using a soft, lint-free cloth to avoid water spots.
